COARPI ´Construcción Artesanal de Piedra´ is a family run company which was founded twenty years ago. This has allowed us to accumulate a wealth of experience in building different types of rustic constructions.
COARPI is situated in Chella (Valencia) where the majority of our work takes place, however we also provide our service throughout the Valencia Community and other parts of Spain.
We specialise in the sale of plots of land and offer a specialized construction service according to the client’s needs and desired design. We build what you want based on your personal requirements. This enables our clients more options, which also means we follow your budget, but can also ensure the best service, materials and attention to detail in order that your home will be just as you had always dreamed it would be!
When it comes to making your dream home a reality, our company has a highly qualified professional team consisting of architects, lawyers and general builders - each qualified in his specific trade which enables us to offer the very best quality and effective service.
Our principal objective is to have direct dealings with our customers in order to do this COARPI work according to the following goals:
Delivery/Hand Over: our reliability is a part of our slogan. We hand over our constructions on the date we have agreed upon with the client.
Start & Finish: as the customer desires.
Fexibility with Finance: The client has the option to pay in installments and part payments as construction progresses.
Although we work all over the Valencian Community we mainly focus on the areas of Alberic (Urbanisation San Cristobal) and Chella. These two areas are popular with both the Spanish & the English market as they offer what most inland buyers look for;
