Car clinic in Cocentaina has been successfully trading for four years and their Sax Branch is coming up to its second year of business.
Within those years we have found ourselves employing more staff and investing in new equipment and technology to accommodate the changes in new vehicle systems. As we are fully legal and part of all the relevant government bodies in 2007 we were invited to join the AD group recommended garage system in Europe and Canada. This means for you as a customer, cheaper parts prices and Europe wide guarantees.
One of the problems we have had over the past is finding certified, reliable mechanics. However, after many trials in the preceding years we now find ourselves with a dedicated and knowledgeable workforce. Our mechanics regularly attend courses to keep up with new technology and vehicle systems.
Here at Car Clinic we intend to become the ultimate independent garage offering the highest standard of workmanship in any garage in Spain or the UK. If one of our customers has a problem or a part fitted by us fails under warranty, there is no fuss and the problem is rectified. The job then becomes workshop priority as Car Clinic is dedicated to customer satisfaction and service.
Remember, we are here to help you during one of the most stressful situations that you can encounter-your vehicle breaking down. We do our utmost to rectify the fault as quickly and cheaply as possible. This is why we are constantly carrying out market research to be able to offer our customers a better service and keep us ahead of the game. We offer, on all our work, a Europe wide - no quibble guarantee within the ¨ad¨ group. We offer a collection and delivery service, courtesy vehicles for work over 3 days, insurance approved quotes and crash repairs. Free brake checks, air conditioning service, all servicing & repairs, discounted tyres and valeting. In fact, anything that you require for your vehicle we can carry out.
The majority of our staff speak both Spanish and English. All our mechanics are trained to the highest possible certification in Spain. We offer by appointment, a while-u-wait service on all servicing and minor works. All our prices are based on the autodata or gt estimate time scales and servicing carried out to manufactures schedules. All major credit cards are accepted and car hire can be arranged if required.
For those of you who have been to Car Clinic and possibly had issues with previous staff please let us know. As long as the complaint is valid we will be receptive. However, we recently had a complaint re the brand of coffee used-this isn’t considered a valid complaint. However, we have now changed the brand!
The garage trade is seeing more mobile mechanics coming to trade. Beware these so called mechanics, after market research, are in no way cheaper than the legal garages. All they can offer you is an illegal by the road service. In which, no guarantees are offered. They are very rarely qualified and rarely have the correct tools necessary to maintain your vehicle. Think carefully before you use these mechanics as recently a new client of ours used this service. Unfortunately, because of bad workmanship or insufficient knowledge of the vehicle the engine failed and the mechanic in question did not have the finances to rectify the situation. All legal garages are required to have insurance in case of these events. The market research carried out also verified that these mechanics are no cheaper than a legal registered garage by as much as 25%.
They are not part of the required recycling system, therefore, your community suffers. The majority of them, in no shape or form, advance the Spanish economy as they do not contribute to the Spanish system by paying taxes, I.V.A or employ anyone that will contribute into the Spanish system. Cash in hand is fine, but ultimately if you want your community to grow and have the benefits of the local government you have to pay into the system. All of us want to live in a thriving, healthy community this can only be possible if everyone contributes.
We at Car Clinic strive to be eco friendly by implementing systems to protect the environment from contamination. The mobile mechanics will not protect the environment as they have no legal requirements to do so. This leads to oil being disposed of in the campo and the community bins being contaminated with incorrect rubbish. The garage trade as a whole and the relevant government bodies are now eliminating illegal operatives.
We at Car Clinic find competition healthy as it only enhances our business. However, any competition has to be played on a level playing field with the same rules applying to all!
